These documents are sent to employees digitally, allowing them to sign virtually, speeding up the onboarding process while maintaining full legal compliance.

Once completed, employee records are systematically organized for easy access. Files are categorized by last name and further sorted alphabetically into subfolders based on document type. With this structured system, you’ll always know exactly where a specific document is, just by knowing its name, ensuring quick and accurate retrieval every time.

Payroll

Our payroll service provides efficient and flexible payroll management, running on set intervals or upon client request. We ensure all payroll expenses are carefully tracked and projected ahead of submission, allowing clients to review and approve the final amounts. Payroll is processed directly from the client's chosen account, with seamless management of both direct deposit and paper checks. For clients opting for paper checks, we ensure timely delivery by mailing them overnight to the business address, guaranteeing they arrive in time for payday. This comprehensive service allows businesses to focus on their operations while we handle their payroll needs with precision and reliability.

Timekeeping

Our timekeeping service offers comprehensive tracking for all your employee attendance needs. It enables accurate monitoring of regular work hours, overtime, sick leave, vacation time, and any additional benefits you may offer, providing a complete overview of employee time usage. Employees can clock in and out through a terminal onsite or via their smartphones, making it easy for everyone to stay on track regardless of location.

The service also includes GPS tracking, so you’ll know exactly where your employees are while they are on the clock. This ensures you always have visibility into who’s working and where, adding an extra layer of security and accountability. To further enhance monitoring, we offer geofencing: when an employee exits a designated work area, you’ll receive an alert, helping to ensure that employees remain within the required zones during their shifts.

For those occasional oversights, we also provide manual time adjustments to handle situations where an employee forgets to clock in or out. The timekeeping system integrates seamlessly with our payroll service, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of wages based on the recorded time data.
